The Right Room is built on real connection and real conversations, with men who are honest about where they are and serious about where they're going. The wins get shared. The challenges get worked through. The standard of thinking is different from any other room you've been in.
Access is not open. Every member is reviewed and personally invited, because the quality of the room depends on the quality of the people in it. That is something we protect.

Built by someone who needed it first.
Derek built The Right Room because he realised how lonely the journey of entrepreneurship can be.
Coming out of school, he didn't have people around him who were in business or building something of their own. The connections he did make came through agencies, mentorships and coaching programmes, and they were few and far between.
He knew there had to be a better way to build meaningful connections with men who could relate to being the one who wanted something different from the norm.
So he built it.
Today The Right Room brings ambitious men together across Scotland, through quarterly flagship events, intimate gatherings in between, and a community that keeps the standard high every day.
